Cover & Article in ‘TAIL FLY FISHING MAGAZINE’!!!

Absolutely honored to be chosen by premiere saltwater fly fishing magazine ‘Tail’ @tailflyfishingmagazine to create an original piece specifically for their May/June issue and to be showcased in a rather flattering article covering my process and theory.

Limited edition reproduction prints on Japanese washi paper of the full mahimahi spread will also be available via their site.

Patagonia, Salt Lake City!!

Our third gyotaku demonstration with Patagonia, this time at their outlet store in Salt Lake City!!

It’s neat to see how each store differs in personality, but they all share the same gentle passion for the outdoors and a loving enthusiasm for wanting to share it with others.

The event was filled with fly fishing enthusiasts, music, food, fly tying, fly fishing films, and lastly our gyotaku demonstration. Absolutely enjoyed every minute of it!

Two Museum Exhibitions Locked In!!

Two separate museums have offered their space to showcase my work in the span of just a couple of days!
