The chef at Vero, a fine dining experience connected to the luxury hotel Ca’di Dio in Venice, Italy, gave us a small octopus to work with in our suite room. I had asked for one so that I could create a thank you gift for the general manager for his hospitality. Four were created, one has been gifted.
